Dropped off vehicle 3 weeks ago at a Ford Dealership. They found a problem with the transmission. Endurance sent a person down to verify the repair. Three weeks later no vehicle and no sign of parts required. Once you insure with Endurance they use a third party vendor (junk yard) for parts. If they have the part your in luck, but if not you have to wait like I am doing. Their customer service said to me that they are not responsible to obtain the proper parts and if they do they come from a junk yard. Be very careful as Endurance is a positive scam. – Alex

If there was an option for negative stars I would use it. Don’t waste your time and money by far the worst experience ever not only did I spend hours on the phone they covered nothing.
